Recipe for making cocoa jelly

Recipe for making cocoa jelly:

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 cup of water
1 cup of sugar
1 sachet (about 10 g) of gelatin
1 cup of milk
Vanilla sugar (optional)

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix the cocoa powder and sugar.

Add water and mix well to avoid lumps.

In a separate bowl, soak the gelatin in cold water and let it swell for 5-10 minutes.

Gradually add the milk to the cocoa mixture, continuing to mix thoroughly.

Place the bowl over medium heat and, while heating, add the gelatin, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.

Continue to heat the mixture, without bringing it to a boil, until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

If you want, add vanilla sugar for flavor.

Pour the mixture into jelly molds or into one large mold.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until completely solidified.

Once solidified, cut the jelly into cubes or use baking pans to create different shapes.

Ready! Now you have a delicious and refreshing cocoa jelly. Enjoy your meal!
